Per Our conversation, for Lod In and Load out tickets the location of the scale ticket should be locked to the Scale Station, issue are caused when the location is changed from the Scale Station
Transfers in & out will need to allow for any station to be entered since the location is the "from" or "TO" Location depending if it is Transfer in or Transfer out
