Steps:
1. Create Ticket.

Issue: When Ticket Pool is opened from Ticket - by clicking on Distribution label, it is defaulted to Load In eventhough the Ticket Type is Load Out.

Acceptance Criteria: Should default the Ticket Pool > Ticket Type to the same Ticket Type where it was opened from.
