Up until today, as soon as loads were entered into i21, they were available at scale. The users did not have to “Dispatch” the loads. I knew that it used to be that way, but since we have been working with it at Zeeland, it hasn’t required it. We upgraded over the weekend. They just called me because no loads were available in scale. I had to go into logistics and “Dispatch” then so they would show up.
Was this something that we modified recently? I don’t see anything in the release notes.
