* Scale ticket 2 in company 99.
* Stock UOM is Ton
* There is 120,000 pounds in bin 4100.
* But I cannot select the lot.
* Need to know ASAP what is preventing the lot from showing.
Scale is limiting the lots returned to items lots that are in the stock UOM

*Requirements:*
* Scale should be able to pick any lot no matter the uom
** this change will come in later for "non - weight such as Bagged items or gallons"
** right now we need it for lbs to tonns - which should not cause issue because both are weight uom.
* We need to create the IR in the lot uom - use the inventory uom conversion to get there.
** {{dbo.fnCalculateQtyBetweenUOM}} to convert a qty from one UOM to another.
* What uom is the lot in? that is the uom you should send to the ir
* if it is a count - does it not use the scale for now like 40 bags this should be a weight to weight short term
* *Lot weight UOM* should go in to the ir as
** First - Logistics weigh uom
** Second - contract weight uom
** Third - item stock uom
** this is not a change.
