STEPS:
1. From *System Manager* menu > *Company Configuration* > *Ticket Management* > *Scale Ticket Uncompleted Alert*
* *Click *Add* grid button*
* Select the *User Name*
* Select *Location Name*
* Enter no. of *Days*
* Click the *OK* toolbar button
2. Log Out ang relog-in.

Should open the overdue scale ticket.
