1. Create Sale Contract where item is lotted.
2. Create Load Out Scale Ticket, select the Sale Contract
3. Distribute Ticket.
*ISSUE:*
Not enough stocks for 'item'. Reserved stocks is 0 while Lot Qty is 10.00
*ACCEPTANCE:*
Should allow to distribute load out scale ticket using lotted item with enough stock.
