Steps to reproduce:
step 1: Create Contract with different Location from the location set in Scale location settings:

Step 2: Create Ticket and select the created Contract
Issue:
When selecting a contract from the Contract button, do not default the contract location to the ticket location for all ticket types. This is causing a problem with Direct In and Direct Out tickets because when the contract is select the location is defaulted but can't be changed back.
Because the ticket has the contract location, there is no need to change the ticket location.
