Some grade factors, like Vomitoxin are not known until the next day. We want the ability to .....
Distribute the ticket so that position and inventory are correct
If a voucher is created it should be on hold
Add grade Readings for these "special" types after distribution. Ideally, the update would be done through a grid where we could update all of tickets by row.
If there was a discount generated, the voucher would be updated and taken off of hold.
Limitations -
These grade factors would not impact inventory cost - we could enforce a rule if we wanted to make sure they couldn't if needed
These grade factors would not shrink inventory.
*Requirements:*
* Tickets must be distributed to reflect correctly in Daily Position
* Vouchers must be put on "Hold" until Special Grade readings are entered, preventing accidental payment
* Require method to identify Grade Factors as "Special"
* Need an editable grid feature *(Roughly 10 - 15 days)*
** Criteria
*** Grid Fields
**** Ticket #, vendor, commodity, grade factors, grade readings, discount schedule
***** should not impact shrink or discounts
*** Allow Grade Readings to be entered if blank or zero
**** how are readings corrected, if entered incorrectly
* Need import function for Grade readings *(Roughly 9 - 12 days)*
