Issue: Could not post Destination Weight/Grade.

Acceptance Criteria: Should be able to post Destination Weight/Grade.
Scale changes needed: When Grade/Weight is Destination, the first time Ticket is distributed, it will only create Inventory Shipment for the grain (item) only. Other Charges should not be considered. When Destination Weight/Grade is entered and posted in Ticket > Destination Weight/Grade screen, it will update the Inventory Shipment with the new Weight/Grade, thus updating the Item total and adding Other Charges to it. Then it will create an Invioce based on the updated Inventory Shipment.
