Ticket 51199 is missing when there are tickets before and tickets after.
The ticket was created and I attached the printout.
How could this happen?
Can we get the ticket back?
+Additional Information:+
Two more tickets 51211 & 51212 were skipped while entering tickets. These two did not have actual tickets created.
51207 has a ticket print but is missing in the system.
*7/18/18* - ticket 51366 and 51460
Also, there are a bunch of tickets with the same Ticket Date/time
