When an inventory receipt/shipment is deleted, have the abiltiy to edit/void the ticket.
May need to provide an sp for grain, IR and IS to use when tickets are removed.
Will have to look up the reciept/shipment from the saved key on the scale ticket. If it no longer exists, then ticket should be allowed to be edited and redistributed.
Today, I believe we have a ticket status that alone stops us from working on a ticket after first distribution.
I need to know when this is done so I can created tickets for shipments, receipts and transfers....
Must retain audit information.
