Could not use any of the Scale Station Setting to create Scale Ticket

Description STEPS:   1. From Ticket Management > Tickets, click New.   Scale Station Selection screen will open.   2. Fill in the fields and click OK to start with creating Scale Ticket.   ISSUE:   !pastedImage_d95677_0.png!   Looking at the User Scale Station Selection, Station is undefined.   !pastedImage_d95677_1.png!   *ACCEPTANCE:*   Should successfully select Scale Station to begin with creating scale ticket.
