Modify Delivery Sheet to pull Farm from the split
If Farm is blank, read entity locations
If there is only one location with the type "farm" move that location to the screen
if multiple location with the type "farm" exists populate the combo box with the location of type"farm" and display the message
"Farm is required for calculating checkoff by county"
The farm should be editable, they can modify to use any Farm associated with that vendor
