[Inventory Shipment] - Contract exchange rate is not converting the contract price when applying scale ticket.

Description When applying a scale ticket to a sales contract that has a price currency different than the contract invoice currency, the price is not converted using the exchange rate. If you create an inventory receipt from the contract directly the price is converted.   The unit price on the IS is a per bushel price and not converted to metric tons as well as multiplied by the exchange rate.   Battle River - 17.3.0214.301 - Company 99, contract 1035, IS-100. scale ticket 189   +Steps+:   # Functional currency is CAD # Create Sales contract with price in USD # Set FX currency to CAD, enter exchange rate, price checkbox, FX Price UOM and Rate Type.
