When distributing a load out ticket to to open storage, I could not find the bushels
what happens when this ticket is completed
STEPS:
1. Create or duplicate an existing item.

2. Create Load In Scale Ticket where Distribution Type = 'Open Storage" then Distribute.

Item On Storage for Location "0001 - Fort Wayne" will be increased by the net units distributed (1000 BU)
3. Create Direct Inventory Receipt where:
Order Type: Direct
Vendor: same Vendor (Adept)
Location: 0002 - Indianapolis
Ownership Type: Storage

4. Post IR.
Item On Storage for 0001 - Indianapolis will be increased also.

5. Create Load Out Scale Ticket where Distribution Type = 'Open Storage" for Location '0002 - Indianapolis".
*ISSUE:*
It allows to distribute load out ticket from different Location.

It should not allowed to distribute load out ticket from different Location
