Description Cannot edit deivery sheet   Question around Editing of a delivery sheet, should editing be allowed until the first ticket has been assigned?   If no, what should happen with the tickets that have already been applied to the sheet   Functionality from Ticket screen   # Clicking on the Delivery Sheets Hyperlink(blue label), ## if a delivery sheet has been entered ### Delivery Sheet screen opens in editing mode with the delivery sheet pre-loaded ## else ### open new page allowing for entry of a new delivery sheet
