On a scale ticket, when split is used that has entites with less than 1% of the ticket, the distribution will drop those entities.
Steps to Recreate:
# Enter scale ticket for 4M Farms, select split as distribution and 002 split name.
# Enter weights, select Open Storage as the distribution and 05 as the storage schedule for each entity
# Click Distribute - notice before clicking Yes to distribute that the entities that have less than 1% of the split are now gone.
# Click Yes to distrubute
# The remaining units are now greater than zero since those units belonged to the missing entities.
