Issue: ExtJs 5 Upgrade - Condition of Date from Report Parameters not matched to Filter Type of Date

> Should be able to match the Filter Type Date to all the fields that has a condition of Date (dtmDate) in Report Parameters.
> Please apply the said changes in the following Canned Reports:
1.) General Ledger by Account ID Detail
2.) Balance Sheet Standard
3.) Income Statement Standard
4.) Trial Balance
5.) Trial Balance Detail
