JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment
We have a very important biweekly meeting where we use the basis component report to build the presentation. Last meeting and today I am struggling to download and need immediate support to solve this issue.
Only today it’s been 30 min and nothing happens.
For the JDE user Jorge Ulloa, it is not downloading the basis component report when he gives the filter option as per the screen shot given below. Please check and solve it immediately
