Requirement:
* Should be able to use Equal Condition and generate Report with data.
* For Between Condition, allow To Date as Blank or Default to Today's Date
* Applies to Call Entry Printout and Work Order that uses Report Viewer
Steps to recreate issue:
# Add Call Entry with Request Date of 5/17
# Tank Management > Reporting > Call Entry Printout
# Set Requested Date as:
## Condition = Between
## From = 5/17
## To = Blank
# Click Generate
# Loading Message continues but report never displays.
# If Rerun on Step 3c with To = 5/17 also, it will generate report in a couple of seconds
# Also able to recreate the issue with Requested Date as:
## Condition = Equal To
## From = 5/17
## To = Blank
