Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-189202 - GL by Acct ID Detail date display wrong|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-189202] Steps to reproduce:     1) Create a report for a general ledger account   2) Enter a between date range of 11/1/2016 to 11/30/2016   3) Save the report   4) the report will change the days back 1 day on save.     let me know the size and impact of this issue if possible.     happens on 16.3 primar   source 16.4   [https://youtu.be/Ogs_YOHflFU]
