Issue: Console error when deleting a record with Assigned Derivatives.
To Replicate:
* Create Derivatives Entry
* Go to Assign Derivatives.
* Assigned that derivatives you create.
* Go back to Derivatives Entry.
* Open your created derivatives.
* Create a new derivatives and click the delete button
