Steps to reproduce:
# Create sale hta contract - 1000 BU
# Check DPR recon - should impact *New HTA Sales Contract* bucket
# Update sale hta contract - 1000 BU to 800 BU
# Check DPR recon - should impact *Sales Qty Adjustment* bucket
Issue: Sales Qty Adjustment did not update
