In the risk configuration, provide 2 fields - forecast weekly consumption.
Field 1- will be a numeric field
Field 2- UOM

After user selects these 2 and saves. The impact will be realized in the coverage report.
in coverage report, we need to add 2 things
1- The forecast weekly consumption rate - both the fields . Expectation is for normal users, this field will auto populate from configuration but will be disabled (check user roles and see if it works). For the main trader, this field will be enabled. he can change this number before running coverage report.
2- Next, right under row outright coverage, provide a row outright coverage (weeks).
formula= Outright coverage/ forecast weekly consumption on the inquiry (either coming from configuration or user edits it in the screen)
