There are some values before and after rebuild that don't match. In the screenshot below, the highlighted are just some of the values that are showing incorrectly.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1) Run DPR in 19.1 - before rebuild
2) Upgrade the environment to the approved build
3) Run DPR rebuild script
4) Run DPR in the new upgraded version
Issue: There are values/amounts that are different from the values before rebuild.

Acceptance: Before and after rebuild should have the same result.
