*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-266851 - Double derivatives were saved after internal server error|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-266195]
*Steps to replicate the issue:*
1. Go to Risk Mgt > Derivative Entry > create/add derivative entries.
2. Click *Save* button. (_This is where the "internal server error" prompts_)
3. Click *OK* button on the said prompt.
4. Click *Save* again. (_This time a notification that record has been modified by another user will prompt_)
5. Click *Yes* button on the said prompt.
*Result:* More than the intended number of derivative entries will be created.
User was entering hedges. She got an internal server error. She hit ok then get "another User modified this, do you want to update" she clicked yes. She looked at her hedges and it looks like 6 of her hedges were doubled.

*Issue:* More than the intended number of derivative entries were created.
*Acceptance:* Must save only the intended number of derivative entries.
