JDE customer has reported the below issue in their TE2 environment while testing the latest upgrade of 21.2
Customer says TE2 was refreshed with Production db on 5th November 2021, so it should contain the same data as of production. But in Production Futures 360 report Trade No 19556-H is not available in the unrealized tab for the date of 05/11/2021
*Steps:*
1. Create a Purchase basis contract
2. Price and hedge the contract
3. Open and verify the derivative has no Transaction history
4. Open Futures 360
5. Select the Commodity
6. Click on Load button
*Issue:*
The derivative which is unrealized is not showing in the Unrealized tab
*Acceptance:*
The derivative which is unrealized should show in the Unrealized tab
