Steps:
# Create Soybean Oil Sales Basis contract for 100,000 lbs
# Create Load out for 100,000 lbs and apply to contract above
## Check DPR: should see an increase in Sales Basis Deliveries for 100,000lbs
# Price 50,000lbs of basis contract in step 1
## Check DPR
Issue:
# When sales basis deliveries are partially priced, the full quantity of the deliveries on the contract is removed from the Sales Basis Deliveries bucket
# Net result is the DPR Price risk is shorter than it should be
Acceptance:
# Sales basis delivery bucket on DPR should only be reduced by the quantity priced.
