Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Risk Management > Daily Position Inquiry
2. Enter Filters - Specific for August 1 - August 31, 2019
3. Load the report
ISSUE: Transactions are not loaded in the report.
ACCEPTANCE: Transactions should be loaded in the report
