Steps to replicate:
1. Config in on System Manager > Company Configuration > Risk Management

2. Select Basis Entry you want to copy - for example , I open 08/07/2019. Check Transaction that has Basis Discount under the selected date

3. Click New > Select date here and click copy

4. Click Save
ISSUE: Data from previous date are not copied
ACCEPTANCE: Should copy the data from previous date
