[Basis Entry] Cannot add activities

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-231915 - Activities on Basis Entry|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-231915] Steps to recreate:   1) Risk Management > Derivatives > Basis Entry   2) select existing record and open   3) under Activities tab not able to add new comment, new task or new event   4) Allows user to select any of these options, but nothing happens once they have been selected.   This is occurring in all Zeeland locations   Please see screen shot in comment section
