ISSUE
SCENARIO 1
1. If I Load on M2M,
2. Load the Contract Balance while it is loading in M2M.
3. Load the DPR for the same commodity while 2 screens are loading
Result: Contract Balance will not load data
Scenario 2
1. If I Load the Contract Balance First.
2. Load the M2M while the Contract Balance is loading
3. Load the DPR for the same commodity while 2 screens are loading
Result: Loading will show this forever in M2M !pastedImage_d119570_1.png|height=646,width=1146!
ACCEPTED CRITERIA
When Deadlock happens, catch it and resend the request again
