Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-231467 - Position report faulty|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-231467]     This issue is reported by the Hershey customer in their Live environment, that grand total is missing in the coverage inquiry and they cannot use this report for generating their monthly reporting without manually computing the numbers for each book.
