Hershey's business users are not able to proceed further with their derivative entries for OTC Others since they are not able to import it. Since in phase - 2 US commodities only they are handling OTC Others instruments they have noticed it now.
Scenario:
* Import derivative entries for broker accounts that are marked as OTC Others
* It is not getting imported
* Like we handle Exchange Traded (instrument) - we also need to handle for OTC others
* We can have them import as two separate files - one for extraded instruments and another for OTC Others intruments - if that makes our process easier
