* 19.1 version seems to be having a pre-load script that is automatically setting the staring number with the prefix of "DER-" even though it was set to empty in 18.3 during Hershey's go live
** Production environment that is running 18.3

** Dev environment that is running 19.1

* Hershey's team expects this to be a number
* For now we removed the DER- prefix from starting numbers configuration
* Please ensure to address this on priority so that next upgrade with latest 19.1 build will not overwrite this setting again
* Also we need to be careful on doing overwrites on starting numbers using pre-load scripts
