Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Coverage Inquiry
2. Enter Filters

ISSUE:

1. If user didn't select any book on the filters, dont reflect book on the report
2. Remove top numbers for each row
3. Duplicate Blank Total
4. Borders are cut at the bottom

1. Remove top row numbers
2. Duplicate Totals
3. Transactions that has no book doesn't displayed "blank" text
4. Book Name has cut on the report

Acceptance:

3. Blank text should display on Futures Required
