2. *Run UOM Type: By Lot*
Issue: Cannot run the report by Lots. Since it is requiring UOM.

1. UOM is not required when running the coverage inquiry by UOM Type: By Lot.
2. UOM is only required if running the report by Quantity only (UOM Type: By Quantity)
