Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Risk Management > Coverage Inquiry
2. Enter Filters
3. Load the report
4. Click Print > "Outright and Futured Required"
Issue: Book/SubBook , Blank are not included when printing the report. Although Total are the same.

Acceptance: Are we going to include the "blank" and "book" here just like on the screen level? We might some changes on the mock up here.
