Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Coverage Inquiry > Enter Filters
2. Load report
Issue: Blank displayed on the screen even if there is no transaction yet

Acceptance: Blank will only show if there are transactions (contracts) without Book and SubBook.
NOTE:
Please also check after the fixed if these months will be affected. This should still be in chronological order. Like the example below.
