Steps:
* Open Futures 360 Filter for Corn as of 4/8/19
* Net position is Long 105 contracts
* Open Position Report
* Drill into Net Hedge
** Net Hedge shows a position of Short 9 contracts
Issue
* I'm not sure the cause but some hedges are not appearing in the position report.
* Things i've noticed
** all hedges prior to 4/1/19 do not display on position Report
** All open Hedges without the DER prefix don't display in the position report.
** All these hedges also existed before our migration from 18.1 to 18.3
** All hedges entered in after the upgrade display on the position report.
