Issue #1: This is a new transaction for commodity . Why does it display numbers on blank.
Issue #2: Incorrect Quantity displayed
Acceptance:
1. Remove that panel blank - blank will only display if transaction has no book and sub book. In this case, it is reflected even if transaction have associated book and subbook
2. Should displayed 8000 as Quantity
