Steps to replicate:
1. Create Priced and Basis Contracts
* +Price Contracts. Go to Contract Management > Contracts> New > Fill out the required fields like the below screenshot+

2. Check Coverage Inquiry

Issue: Books are not displaying on the report. Also why is these "blanks" displayed on the report? These contracts were associated by Books.
Acceptance: Books should be displayed on the report if physicals are associated with contracts
