Create an OTC contract and save.
Open the same entry . we can see that the relevant columns are not showing in the grid
it is showing exchange related column
in new instance it is not showing the instrument type column by default for OTC contract.

Show Contract, Future Month and Future Month columns by default when OTC is selected as instrument
