Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-226595 - issue in uploadng data in i21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-226595] {color:#333333}JDE customer has reported the below issue in Live environment after it was upgraded to 18.1 version{color}   Refer to the attached mail   Hello Patricia,   I am trying to upload the reconciliation for Arabica, but since I have changed my laptop I think I have a set-up issue.   Can you please help?   This below is the error message I got when I try to upload the file.   In the attachment the excel I uploaded for Arabica.   I also tried to change my set-up as showed below in i21, excel and my control panel. Can you please confirm if these set-up s are correct? Or what else can be the cause of the issue?
