I am trying to upload the reconciliation for Arabica, but since I have changed my laptop I think I have a set-up issue.
Can you please help?
This below is the error message I got when I try to upload the file.
In the attachment the excel I uploaded for Arabica.
I also tried to change my set-up as showed below in i21, excel and my control panel. Can you please confirm if these set-up s are correct? Or what else can be the cause of the issue?
