BACKGROUND OF THE ISSUE
Starting with the last upgrade, something is causing the "New" button to stop working. You have to clear cache to make it work again. This is happening repeatedly.

STEPS
1. Create New Derivative Entry and do not save. Close the screen.
2. Create new Settlement Price and click New.
3. Create New Voucher and Click New
3. Create New Item and Click New
ISSUE
- New button is not working then when I click on other tab, it will display this
