Per emails to [~smith.dejesus] and [~liz.dorado] the all backdating issues associated with contracts should be able to be resolved by emulating how the Contract Balance report is currently doing it. Two ways to get this information:
# Review the iNet page that [~george.olney] created [here|http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/RM/Contract+Balance+Report+-+What+it+does]
# Review the stored procs behind the Contract Balance report
Also, please use the Contract Balance report to bench test your changes before handing it over to QC.
The goal here is to resolve *+all+* contract backdating issues in the DPR.
