ISSUE
If the DPR is ran using as-of date 10/12 then the quantity is not showing up in any bucket.
*ACCEPTED*
The priced and shipped quantity should remain in the Sales In-Transit bucket until a posted invoice exists.
If the DPR is ran on 10/15 then the quantity should drop out of the contract related buckets.
The Contract Balance report is excluding these quantities via the function fnCTGetContractBalance so this scenario needs to be handled on the DPR side. I would suggest that we look for any shipped / priced quantities that do not have an invoice and add them back into the Sales In-Transit bucket (and include on the drilldown).
