ISSUE
Contract 10093 has an incorrect balance on position when run as of 10/31
The position shows 89.8 as the 10/31 position. But the three shipments below all have IRs dated prior to Nov 1st. This is similar to RM-2413, except I would only expect the last shipment below to be missed. It shows a date below of 11/1, but the IR is actually 10/31.
