Adjust the Contract open qty based on Contract status
Scenario
1. Create a sales priced contract for 100 BU in 12/1
2. Ship qty for 80 BU in 12/4
3. Short Close the contract status on 12/5
ACCEPTED
Position report as of 12/1 should be 100 BU for Sales Priced
Position report as of 12/4 should be 20 BU for Sales Priced
Position report as of 12/5 should be 0 BU for Sales Priced or it does not show as sales priced.
