Periodic clearing house report- "Todate" is filter is not working
requirement -
1- remove the To date filter criteria
2- user can use "between " option to view tansactions between a given date range
3- when user selects a date or a date range
for unrealized transactions - transactions will get filtered based on filled date
for realized transactions - transactons will get filtered based on match date
